BioPort Atlantic 2009
Canada's premiere life science event - BioPort Atlantic 2009 - will take place September 23-24 at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront in Halifax.
This year’s theme, The Value Proposition, will focus on ways to move our industry to the next level, by helping to identify what it is that makes your organization and this region valuable to others. An intriguing program has been put together tackling issues relevant to all organizations, but with an eye toward the life sciences industry.
The luncheon will feature G. Steven Burrill, CEO of Burrill & Company. Mr. Burrill is a world renowned leader in venture capital with specific expertise in life sciences. He returns to Atlantic Canada almost 20 years after initially coming here on behalf of Ernst and Young to report on the potential for life sciences in Nova Scotia.
This year’s program features presenters and panelists from the life sciences industry and other business sectors with a variety of backgrounds. Each will add their unique perspective to the conference’s theme: The Value Proposition.
You can register for the conference or purchase tickets or corporate table for the luncheon, as well as check out the full program, and much more at http://www.bionova.ca/bioport or by contacting us at info@bionova.ca or 421-5705.
