In the early 1960s Bruce McKenzie saw a demand for prepared salads, including his signature potato salad.
The present owners bought the company in 1989 and produce a wide variety of salads, coleslaws and fresh-cut produce.
Kings Processing moved into a new state-of-the-art food processing facility in March 2002. Now the business is preparing to break ground on an expansion.
