Halifax producer/writer/director Chaz Thorne’s black comedy “Just Buried” – shot in Halifax and Windsor, Nova Scotia – is being released nationally in select theatres this Friday. National theatrical release is hard to get and Chaz earned it with his feature film directorial debut! JUST BURIED stars JAY BARUCHEL (Knocked Up, Million Dollar Baby and the upcoming Tropic Thunder) and ROSE BYRNE (28 Weeks Later, Sunshine and TV's Damages with Glenn Close) This dark comedy is about a guy who inherits a funeral home but has no customers so he has to start bumping off townsfolk. How a film does on opening weekend is what determines if it stays in theatres so make sure you check it out with EVERYONE you know on Friday or Saturday night.
