Since 2005, 165 Nova Scotian businesses and organizations from across the province have signed on as charter members in support of Nova Scotia Come to life. Together we are chaning the way people see Nova Scotia - improving our image. Charter Members, such as the Brain Repair Centre, CVision, EastLink, NSCC and more, all share in the vision and message that Nova Scotia is a great place to live, work, play, and visit. On July 3rd in Halifax, Nova Scotia Come to life will host its second Charter Day of the spring. Premier Rodney MacDonald will be there to welcome the newest charter members from this region. The lunch time event will begin at 12:00 PM and run until approximately 2:00 PM in the Chrysler Canada Welcome Pavilion at Pier 21, 1055 Marginal Road, Halifax. Six road running races will be held within a two-hour period starting at 9:00 am. There are separate races for male and female adults (18 to 99) and youth (4 to 17), then by invitation male and female ELITE races. Each youth and adult race can accommodate up to 250 entrants.
The race website offers live registration for participants in this years race and registration is FREE.
Race day registration begins at 7:30 am.
